The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right on Princes Street and across from Edinburgh Waverley train station. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-sized with a comfortable bed.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city and opposite the railway station. The views from our room were amazing, and we could see the new shopping centre from the windows. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to the tram stop, making transportation very easy.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, with a fantastic location right across from the Waverley Steps that bring you out of the train station. The prices are incredibly competitive for the area, making it excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and polite, providing attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with basic amenities and a small basin that was perfectly adequate.
All was great, no complaints at all.

Located just across from the main train station, this hotel is an ideal base for travellers. With clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff, it has everything you need for a two night stay. The hotel is right in the centre of town and only a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions.
The breakfast options are fairly limited.
